Booking & Payment

All group bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on group size and tour type. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable service fees unless otherwise noted.

Group Size Requirements

Group pricing applies to parties of 10 or more travelers. If your group size falls below the minimum on the day of the tour, standard individual pricing may apply. Please confirm your final headcount at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

Cancellation Policy

Group bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Private charters and custom events may have different cancellation terms as specified in your booking confirmation.

Tour Conduct

Group leaders are responsible for ensuring all participants arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Tours depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the experience for other guests.

Weather

Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather (thunderstorms, hurricanes, extreme conditions), we will contact your group leader to reschedule or offer a full refund.

Liability

Attractions4Us LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours. All participants join at their own risk. Group leaders are responsible for communicating any safety requirements, medical conditions, or accessibility needs before the tour.
